Solar System Diagnostic & Repair Service
🔧 How It Works
1. Flat Rate Travel Fee –
(Within 50 miles of Little Rock, $100)
(More than 50 miles from Little Rock, $200)
This covers our team’s time and transportation to your property. It applies to every service visit, even if multiple visits are needed.
Ask us if we have any work coming up in your area, we are more than happy to reduce our travel fee to bundle appointments together.
2. System Diagnosis and Repair – $150 per hour (1-hour minimum)
Once on site, we’ll inspect your system to identify what’s causing the issue. You’ll be billed for the time our team spends troubleshooting and repairing, at a minimum of 1 hour.
If your system needs new parts, we’ll provide pricing up front. We’ll always explain what’s needed and get your approval before moving forward. We use quality, warranty-backed materials and will never install anything without your permission.
💳 Invoicing & Payment
After your visit, you’ll receive an itemized invoice for:
1. The travel fee
2. Time spent diagnosing and repairing
3. Any approved materials or parts
4. Applicable sales tax (7%) and Stripe processing fee (3%)
Payment is due within 3 days of the service visit.
Payments made after 3 days are subject to a late fee of 1% per day until the invoice is paid in full.
Payments can be made via: Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer, Cashapp, or Check
